HANDMADE | Traditional Croatian cookie with art reproduction

BITE ART are unique art-cookies created by an artist Ana Šerić as a part of her “Edible art” project and aimed to promote Croatia in a single but impressive product. They are traditional cookies taken to a new level – enriched with reproductions of Croatian artworks and transformed into an interactive souvenir that affects the senses and touches the heart.

The cookies follow an original recipe. The perfectly balanced blend of honey, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and white pepper adds a distinctive flavor to them.

The freestanding frame

The package consists of a main sleeve, protective foam padding, certificate of artwork authenticity, and sturdy base unit containing the collection of four pepper cookies. Having eaten the treat, one is left with the sturdy base unit (the box) functioning as a freestanding frame for four artwork reproductions. Thus it becomes a charming part of one’s interior, trip souvenir or beloved gift, boosting the product’s value.

We know that food needs to be packaged carefully. That is why each cookie is packaged with special care in cellophane bags made for food products and additionally secured with cushion pad.

One BITE ART package weights 270 gr.

Estimated delivery within Croatia is 7 working days from the day you make the payment. We will use our best efforts to ensure your order arrives within that time frame, but in case of larger orders or some other unforeseen circumstances, we deserve the right to inform you of the estimated delivery as soon the order is placed.

Estimated delivery within EU is according to the country zones.

For ZONE 1: Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Czech Republic; estimated delivery is within 6 working days. For ZONE 2: Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg; estimated delivery is within 7 working days. All shipping costs for ZONE 1 and 2 is 15 euro per package up to 5 kg, a VAT of 25% is included.

For ZONE 3: Italy, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland; estimated delivery is within 8 working days. For ZONE 4: Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Finland; estimated delivery is within 9 working days. All shipping costs for ZONE 3 and 4 is 38 euro per package up to 5 kg, a VAT of 25% is included.
