When you place an order on our website we will require you to insert your name, postal address, e-mail and telephone number and any other information relevant to your order, including your payment information and preferred payment method. We may obtain information about your preferred products and usage of our Website to help us develop and improve it further through online surveys and other requests.

1. All the prices are inclusive of VAT, or any other cost applied on the date when the order is placed.

Estimated delivery within Croatia is 7 working days from the day you make the payment. In case of larger orders or some other unforeseen circumstances we deserve the right to inform you of the estimated delivery as soon the order is placed.
Estimated delivery within EU is according to the country zones.
For ZONE 1: Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Czech Republic; estimated delivery is within 6 working days. For ZONE 2: Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg; estimated delivery is within 7 working days. All shipping costs for ZONE 1 and 2 is 15 euro per package up to 5 kg, a VAT of 25% is included.
For ZONE 3: Italy, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland; estimated delivery is within 8 working days. For ZONE 4: Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Finland; estimated delivery is within 9 working days. All shipping costs for ZONE 3 and 4 is 38 euro per package up to 5 kg, a VAT of 25% is included.
As a registered customer, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund provided you return the item to us without undue delay within 14 days of the date you notify us of your cancellation. The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the relevant Product being exactly as it was when you received it. All Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any documentation and registration that shipped with the Product.
You must inform us of your return at [email protected] Upon receiving your request, BITE ART will replace the product or refund the full amount within 14 days upon receiving the original product.
All delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. If your item arrives faulty or you find a defect arises after delivery, please contact our Customer Service department by emailing us. Depending on the fault, you may be offered the choice of a refund or replacement of the Product (subject to availability). Return postage of faulty Products will be at BITE ART expense.
If you report receiving a faulty product and upon receiving it back we established that your request is unvalid or that you have handled the product in an unacceptable way, BITE ART deserves the right not to issues you with a refund or a replacement product. You will be charged with all applicable delivery costs.
In case you receive a product different to the one you ordered, you have to inform us of this within 7 working days via e-mail. Return postage of the Product will be at BITE ART expense. You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund within 15 days when you first received the original product. In case you don’t receive a Product you have already paid for within estimated delivery time, you have to inform us of this within 7 working days via e-mail. BITE ART has to determine what has happened to your delivery and inform you of the matter in writing.
All comments and reclamations must be in writing.
